The overall aims set out within this statement defines the company objectives with respect to quality.
Severfield-Reeve Projects aims to operate and maintain a quality system that complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 when conducting the business of design and build of commercial and industrial construction and development.
During the operation of business Severfield-Reeve Projects will aim to continually identify areas and activities for improvement and these shall be discussed, as a minimum requirement, at an annual review meeting as an agenda item to review this policy for its continual development and improvement, and also its applicability to the company business and our clients' requirements.
Through the operation of the company's management system, of which the quality system is an integral part, Severfield-Reeve Projects will provide a product and service to satisfy the clients' agreed requirements. The primary aims are to deliver on time, to the specified quality and within budget.
This policy shall be effectively communicated to all personnel within the company and shall be verified as understood. Implementation and maintenance of this policy is the foundation of the policy itself. A copy of this policy has been given to each member of staff.
