Graduated from Trent Polytechnic, Nottingham with a Degree in Civil Engineering followed by a Masters Degree in Construction Management from Loughborough University of Technology
Worked throughout UK with several design & build companies prior to joining Severfield-Reeve in 1984 when turnover was at £1,000,000.

Worked with the founding partners of the business to see Severfield-Rowen grow to PLC status with £300million turnover

Over this period Lindsay provided and developed in-group property service for design, construction & maintenance as well as DesignBuild contracts for select external clients and for SRP's own development and investment projects.

Derek Norfolk Construction Director

Derek studied and trained in Yorkshire and has worked in the region for a number of local and national construction companies, he  lives locally with his family.

He joined Severfield-Reeve in 2004 as Contracts Manager and brought a wealth of experience and expertise from previous roles including 18 years in management with Tarmac and 7 years with Balfour Beatty. Following site supervision and site management experience his proven track record includes management of legal and contractual requirements relating to commercial, retail, leisure and hospital developments.

Appointed Construction Director in 2007 Derek has total responsibility for all aspects of the DesignBuild Process relating to projects of up to £20 million as well as management of the construction teams.
