Severfield-Reeve Projects has now completed over £100M of design build business and have expanded their capabilities with the securing of two prestigious investment opportunities within Yorkshire.
Secured in an extremely cpmpetitive bid situation Severfield-Reeve have purchased the 80,000 sq ft Royal Mail LS27 distributon centre for £6M.

This was followed by the £1.1M purchase from the RNLI of their former Yorkshire distribution centre in Thirsk.

Marc Roberts, who is heading up the new investment division said "Since joining Severfield-Reeve Projects I've been actively exploring ways to access the investment market. It's really encouraging that we were able to outbid three of the big funds to secure two such promising deals."

"I am confident that these initial deals will be the first of many allowing me to build on the success of the company. We have a £15M budget for future investment and we already have two further exciting deals in the pipeline."
