



The race, held at ’Pole Position’ Leeds saw 15 teams race against the clock to cover the most ground. True to form all participants were very competitive and determined to win the coveted first prize of tickets to Silverstone. Severfield-Reeve were joined by Gent Visick, Edward Symmonds, Jones Lang LaSalle, DTZ, Atisreal, Carter Jonas, Pincent Mason, Price Waterhouse Coopers, King Sturge, Colliers, Savills, CBRE and C2. The drivers all agreed it was a brilliant day.
Gent Visick, the fastest team on the day, stole the winning trophy from under the nose of Colliers with 0.357 seconds between the two. Third place went to Pincent Mason.
“It has been a brilliant day,” remarked Marc Roberts, Investment Director at Severfield-Reeve Projects.
“The event has been a tremendous success and was definitely what everyone needed in this current market, the guys are very competitive, but there has been a definite show of team work and great friendship in the market. I am so pleased with how things have gone. We will definitely make this an annual date for our diaries.”
Matthew Hopkins, investment agent at Gent Visick walked away with the Fastest Driver of the day with lap time of 44.02 seconds. “I am overwhelmed,” commented Mathew. “We have all had a fantastic day, thank you so much to Severfield-Reeve for organising the competition; it was exactly what we all needed”.
